No-Fuss Fridays: Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables For restaurant quality Asian greens at home, try this 3 ingredient no-fuss recipe!

CHINESE STIR FRIED VEGETABLES

Preperation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves: 5

Ingredients:

1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice
675 g Kailan
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Red chilli as garnish (optional)

Cooking method:

1.       Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan on medium heat.  Add Spice Paste, stir-fry for ½ minute.

2.       Add Kailan, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until tender and crisp.

3.       Serve hot with rice.


Variations: You may replace Kailan with any vegetables of your choice.
