Baked Fish Fillet (Serves 4)

Instructions:

  • 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice SpicePaste©
  • 600g (11/3 lb) dory fish fillet or cod fish fillet
  • 2 fresh chillies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 stalks coriander, finely chopped as garnish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice as seasoning

Method:

  1. Place fish in a baking dish.
  2. Mix SpicePaste© and chilli in a small bowl.  Spread the mixture over fish on both sides, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Pre-heat oven at 240°C (460°F) and bake fish for 20 minutes or until cooked.  Season and garnish before serving.
