When travelling, always travel like a foodie. No idea where to start? We've got you covered!  For the best Pho, Banh, Chao or Mon cuon that will definitely impress your friends back at home, read more below to find the best eats in Vietnam.

Den Long

Both a hotel and a restaurant, Den Long is the pinnacle of professed 'home cooked Vietnamese' in Ho Chi Minh City. With everything you could possibly imagine, including frog's legs, you couldn't get a more authentic experience. Dawned with Hoi-An style décor and hand-crafted clay serving dishes, the restaurants serves up quite the experience with must-try's including the caramelized pork and beef spring rolls.

The location is incredibly tourist friendly, making it a great way place to 'dip in' to the local culture and turn your friends into foodies like you!

Bun Cha 145 Bui Vien

Top rated delicatessen Bun Cha 145 Bui Vien doubles as a restaurant on weekends (11:30am to 4:00pm), and with a line out the door, you should get there early for this one. The highly-coveted Bun Cha (grilled pork and white rice noodle) is the star of the show, and one of the cheapest options in the region. The menu is concise but expertly crafted and inside, the restaurant has a homely yet industrial feel with exposed brick being one of its most memorable features.

Pho Viet Kieu

Within the heart of Da Nang, this place serves the most classically perfect Pho. With both Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, there is something for all customers. Much like Bun Cha 145, the menu is smaller than per usual, but with staples like the Beef Pho, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Bun Thit Nuong (cold rice noodles with grilled meat, herbs, Gia and spring rolls), what more could you really ask for?
The cosy location makes for a great place to meet locals and even other travellers and the classical flavours of each dish leave you walking away with nothing but satisfaction.
