Thai Aromatic Grill

Thai Aromatic Grill (Kai Yang) is Northern Thailand's take on barbequed chicken.  With a full flavour featuring garlic, lemongrass, turmeric and other local herbs and spices, it is a fixture on the grills of roadside stalls across the region and is one of the most popular Northern Thai dishes.  Also works well with pork and fish.
