Korean Marinade

Korean Marinade In Korea, Bulgogi literally means, "fire meat". Traditionally, thin strips of marinated beef are cooked over a charcoal fire using a dome shaped griddle and are served with lettuce, raw sliced garlic and a red hot pepper paste.
